Review Liecesor Specification /mechanical data sheet /drawings & identify critical requirements for fabrication feasibility & capability.
Comparison Studies based on similar past projects / enquiries to validate the estimates.
Meeting deadlines for submission of planning inputs like estimated man hrs / man days, detail fabrication schedule (DFS) & Jigs-fixtures requirement for running enquiries.
Prepare & update estimation checklist for each product category w.r.t. past learnings & improvements.
Review & respond to customer technical query / clarifications w.r.t. equipment fabrication, sequence & tolerances.
Prepare & regularly update planning norms & allowances considering process improvements, capacity changes or new capacity addition etc.

Familiar with Design & Fabrication of Pressure Vessels /Columns /Reactors /Coke Drums /Ammonia Convertor /Urea Reactor /PR Package as per ASME VIII Div.1 & 2, API, IBR & EN Code.
Knowledge of Cutting, Rolling, forming, Welding & Heat treatment process.
Knowledge of various materials & its properties for Reactors & Pressure vessels.
