Architectural Project Manager

• Review space planning and design to ensure code compliance and meeting of client’s goals and objectives.
• Organize and schedule work effort with the team and consultants.
• Lead the documentation team to ensure proper translation of the design into construction documents.
• Manage productivity of staff and ensure profitability of project.
• Present the company's unique capabilities to prospective clients in order to win projects.
• Assist Project Manager with review of bids.
• Coordinate project requirements with the consultants.
• Reviews CDs to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
• Secure client’s approval of the space planning, design and FF&E selections.
• Oversee the construction administration phase of the project.
• Organize, schedule and attend meetings with client and construction team.
• Issue additional service requests to client when appropriate.

My client is searching for a full-time licensed Architectural Project Manager to join their family of talented architects and interior designers. The candidate should have a high-level of design and leadership ability to help the clients achieve their workplace goals and objectives and to mentor other employees. The candidate shall be both highly organized and collaborative, as well as, high-performing, responsible and productive.

• Architecture / Design degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Architect / Interior Design license required.
• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate interior design projects.
