Requirements

• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to travel for training is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport)
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to safety standards.
• Precision & Tools: Skilled in using tape measures, levels, power tools, and basic plumbing knowledge is a bonus.
• Carpentry Expertise: 2+ years in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovations.
