- Paint Certifications such as NACE or AMPP are highly desirable
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., SSPC, NACE) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial blasting and painting.
- Safety training certifications (e.g., man lift, fall protection, confined space entry) preferred.
- US Passport is a plus
- Ability to operate and maintain blasting and spray equipment.
