You’ve also worked with traditional marketing channels like direct mail and events, and know how to support a buyer's journey across multiple touchpoints.
- Content Marketing Pro: Whether it’s a blog post, email, social post, or printed piece, you create clear, engaging content that answers real customer questions and guides them toward action. Your writing is educational, conversion-focused, and SEO-optimized. You know how to pair storytelling with strategy and are comfortable using tools like WordPress, Zoho Marketing Automation, and ChatGPT to streamline, publish, and scale content efforts. You’re familiar with the They Ask, You Answer (now Endless Customers) and StoryBrand frameworks, and you know how to use them to build trust and remove friction in the buying process.
