Director, IT Enterprise Applications (Oracle ERP Financials – Functional)

Description

Highgate IT is hiring a senior Product Owner/Director to lead its business‑applications portfolio, which includes Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Integration Cloud. The role is responsible for defining vision, roadmap, and delivery of these platforms while partnering with Finance, Operations, and Data Services to ensure reliability, scalability, and measurable business value. Additionally, the leader will drive AI‑agent adoption across Oracle Cloud to enable touchless finance and smarter workflows.

• Define vision, write epics/user stories, maintain backlog, and run Agile ceremonies while measuring impact via KPIs.
• Lead quarterly release planning, change management, regression testing, business sign‑offs, and ensure production readiness.
• Drive integration architecture and standards on OIC, modernizing file‑based loads to event/API‑driven flows.
• Maintain production stability by triaging incidents, managing SLAs, conducting root‑cause analysis, and implementing observability and proactive monitoring.
• Champion data quality and control design for month‑end processes, coordinating with Accounting and Data Services for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Hotels to capture requirements, map end‑to‑end processes, and deliver iterative enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships and SOWs, track budgets, and ensure value realization for implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Establish governance standards, documentation, security roles, access reviews, and lifecycle management across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• Mentor business and partner resources to foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer‑centric delivery.
• Lead experiments and roll out AI Agents on Oracle Cloud to automate finance and operations use cases.
• Design and productize agent tooling by exposing OIC integrations and ERP services, defining guardrails, observability, and fallback paths.
• Measure agent impact, such as touchless invoices and automated reconciliations, and drive continuous improvement aligned with AI policy and risk controls.
• Deliver multi‑country, multi‑entity global rollouts of Oracle ERP Cloud, including phased deployment waves and regional cutovers.
• Build or leverage AI Agents in Oracle Cloud to improve ERP workflows.
• Design complex BU configurations, including data access sets, security roles, hierarchies, approvals, and cross‑entity reporting.
• Conduct Chart of Accounts redesigns/migrations aligned to global reporting standards with multi‑ledger, multi‑currency expertise.
• Orchestrate end‑to‑end UAT and release readiness across time zones with business sign‑offs and regression suites.
• Stabilize integrations and reduce incident volume/severity quarter‑over‑quarter.
• Deliver a prioritized roadmap with measurable business outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Standardize access/roles, regression testing, and deployment playbooks across environments.
• Improve month‑end cycle time and data quality through automation and controls.
• Create and maintain SOPs for processes and monitoring controls.

Requirements

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Oracle ERP Cloud, OCI, and OIC.
• Hold a degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field, with ERP certifications and equivalent experience.
• Possess 8+ years in enterprise applications or product management and 4+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud and OIC/OCI.
• Demonstrate hands‑on experience with ERP configurations, role/security design, FRS/OTBI/BI reporting, and integration patterns.
• Show proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives with Finance/Operations and strong stakeholder management.
• Have background in audit/compliance (SOX), change management, testing, and release management.
• Experience managing vendors, SOWs, and leading offshore/onshore teams to achieve SLA performance.
• Pilot and scale at least two AI Agent use cases, achieving measurable reductions in manual effort and faster cycle times.
