Construction monitoring tasks including interpretation of applicable construction drawings
Assist with the review of plans and specifications and prepare a checklist of contract features which require periodic attention and list items the sub-contractor must submit for approval prior to the start of the work
Ensure maintenance of accurate records
Assist with cost estimates as needed
Prior to the end of their internship, the intern will create and present a self-reflection project detailing their gained industry knowledge, future career goals, as well as personal and professional growth. The presentation will be provided in PowerPoint and presented to their direct management team.
Obtain marketable work experience and make valuable business contacts
Assist with preparing statements of work, submittals, change management, and necessary daily and weekly reporting
