The Manufacturing and Environmental Services Executive is responsible for identifying leads, prospecting and selling special waste, solid waste, and recycling services to large manufacturing customers within a designated market. The role also involves building and maintaining long‑term relationships with existing clients and delivering sales presentations to prospective customers.
Key duties include acquiring new profitable manufacturing accounts to meet monthly revenue targets, preparing and delivering sales presentations, renewing contracts with cost‑effective pricing, and developing sales and marketing action plans. The executive uses the company CRM daily to document activities, tracks market trends, conducts proactive retention calls, and represents the company at trade shows and community events.
The ideal candidate is confident, self‑motivated, and possesses strong communication, active‑listening, and persuasion skills. A high school diploma or GED, at least four years of sales experience, and one year managing large, complex accounts are required, along with a valid driver’s license.
