Lead hiring and talent development initiatives to grow the team’s capabilities, including onboarding senior engineering leaders.
Ensure seamless integration across platforms while continuously enhancing user experience and supporting new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the C-suite leaders to shape long term business strategies enabled by technology.
Work closely with cross functional teams such as operations, finance, marketing, and sales to design data driven workflows and automation solutions.
Manage and build a high performing engineering team with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence.
Architect and oversee resilient, scalable systems leveraging MERN stack, ReactJS, NodeJS, NextJS, and microservices to enable speed, flexibility, and long-term growth.
The leader will be responsible for setting and executing the overall technology strategy for Smartworks. This role will lead engineering, business technology, and product teams to build scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.

Experience scaling high performing technology teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bring hands on experience in building and scaling products from the ground up, ideally having launched and grown own ventures.
Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology with business strategy.
15 to 20+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles such as CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent.
Has had entrepreneurship experience in the past.
