Description

• Schedule crews' availability
• Communicate with customer and work with production team to schedule installations in a timely manner
• Confirm/order windows and doors for customers

Requirements

• The ideal candidate has a natural desire to be proactive. They will have proven customer service skills, organizational skills, be a self starter with “outside the box” thinking, excellent communication skills. We will train you on our products and systems, no prior home improvement knowledge base is necessary. This position reports to the Service Manager, who will help with your education of our specific products and services and processes.
