Perform float path analysis to identify critical paths and potential delays.
Lead interactive planning sessions to align project teams and define milestones and deliverables.
Conduct impact assessments for change control and maintain the baseline in accordance with approved changes.
Drive innovation by introducing new ways of working for our clients.

Looking for experience in Electrification, substations, and over/under ground power lines.

Strong customer focus and ability to manage relationships effectively.
A relevant Project Management Qualification (e.g., APM, PMP) or equivalent professional certification in a related discipline (eg Engineering or Construction)
Familiarity with NEC contract requirements and their impact on project planning.
Proven experience in planning within complex project delivery environments.
Solid understanding of the project lifecycle and project management processes.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and how it integrates with project scheduling and reporting.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 for scheduling and project management.
