Assist with the implementation of divisional and Group SHEQ initiatives
Preparation of reports in relation to performance against objectives, targets, and SHEQ onboarding performance, as well as supporting on associated communications
Assisting the SHEQ Mergers, Acquisitions and Onboarding Manager in the delivery and continual improvement of: The SHEQ due diligence programme for potential new acquisitions into the wider Group. The SHEQ baselining & onboarding programme. The SHEQ legal compliance programme.
Provide assistance to the wider SHEQ team.
Support the SHEQ Environmental Team in the delivery of key environmental programmes.
Attend and lead (where required) programme performance meetings with key SHEQ leads.
Assist with the creation of SHEQ campaigns and the writing of SHEQ communications.
Carrying out legal reviews/ audits of new and amended legislation including identifying the impact of change to RSK.
Preparation and review of relevant procedures and materials.

Strong written and verbal communication is essential to the role.
Must hold a full UK drivers’ licence.
The role will suit a graduate with a degree in health and safety, occupational hygiene, or environmental management.

Computer literate and skilled with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
