Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to read, and interpret general business policies and manuals, safety procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports and general business correspondence.
High School or technical school Required
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
This position requires driving for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or, 2) a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, prospective tenants, and the general public.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
