Warehouse Picker, Packer, & Shipping Technician

Description

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Update ERP/warehouse systems for all shipping and receiving transactions.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory control activities.
• Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and record materials in the system.
• Prepare shipments, including labeling, packaging, documentation, and staging.
• Organize and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in picking/packing or shipping/receiving preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely (per company requirements).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Warehouse setting with regular material handling and equipment operation.
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Safety PPE and adherence to safety guidelines required at all times.
