Applies technical expertise and guidance to project delivery options analysis and technical provisions of procurement documents, with a focus on alternative delivery.
Reviews the development of discipline specific engineering project elements/deliverables such as reports, designs, and plans.
Assists in the development of project scopes and fee quotations and assists in the preparation of technical contracts.
Advises on technical elements on complex projects across all phases of the project life cycle.
Aids in the coordination and productivity of project team members.
Acts as subject matter expert to provide design analysis and prepare reports and presentations senior client personnel.
Works closely with other disciplines and on multi-discipline projects.
Performs reviews of discipline - specific engineering project elements/deliverables including Value Engineering.
Performs independent technical reviews, makes recommendations, and provides technical guidance as requested on complex or unusual engineering projects. Provides direction to resolve technical issues as requested.
Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation on complex or unusual engineering projects within discipline.
Provides technical expertise and advice to project leadership, and mentoring/support to production staff.
Develops and advises on technical consistency within and across disciplines on processes and projects.
Coordinates technical aspects with client counterpart and teaming partners at local leadership level for work within and across disciplines on complex or unusual engineering projects.
