Garage Installer Associate

Description

As a Garage Coating Install Associate, you will support the installation team by preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying a proprietary polyurea and polyaspartic coating system that outperforms traditional epoxy. Hands‑on and classroom training will develop your technical skills, and strong performance can lead to advancement within the organization.

The role requires careful handling of materials, adherence to design drawings, and execution of surface detailing to meet high‑quality standards. You will maintain a professional appearance, communicate effectively with customers and teammates, and adapt to critical business needs, including working at least two weekends per month.

• Assist with assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (coatings, scraping, etc.)
• Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies
• Handle and transport materials safely indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Perform surface detailing to ensure projects meet high‑quality standards
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates

Requirements

They must have a valid driver’s license, be able to read technical drawings, possess basic tool experience, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and have the physical ability to lift and carry products. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
