The Assistant Project Lead – Project and Development Services in Chennai works closely with the project manager or senior project manager, taking ownership of small projects while supporting larger ones. The role drives optimal outcomes for stakeholders by streamlining reporting, communication, and procedures, and by creating project‑related reports, analyses and reviews. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for forecasting expenditures and managing budgets.
Candidates should hold a degree in a property‑related discipline and have at least three years of experience in design, construction or project management. JLL’s teams are digitally enabled; applicants must be comfortable using JLL technology platforms to drive project outcomes.
