- Coordonner les activités de mise en service sur des projets de petite à moyenne envergure.
- Assurer la supervision technique et la vérification des travaux.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de planification et d’ordonnancement pour élaborer et ajuster les calendriers de projet.
- Leadership et esprit d’équipe pour encadrer et guider les collègues et partenaires.
- Participer aux réunions de chantier et proposer des solutions d’optimisation des processus.
- Rédiger des comptes rendus et assurer une documentation complète et précise des essais et interventions.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs, gestionnaires de projet, entrepreneurs et sous-traitants.

- Capacité à mener plusieurs projets simultanément avec rigueur et organisation.
- Rédiger des offres de services, devis et rapports techniques.
- Bonne maîtrise de la Suite Office 365 et des outils de gestion de projet.
- Veiller à la conformité des installations aux normes de performance et aux exigences contractuelles.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant en français qu’en anglais.
- Excellente compréhension des systèmes électromécaniques des bâtiments.
- Mettre à jour et communiquer l’avancement des activités aux parties prenantes.
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en mise en service, ingénierie du bâtiment ou gestion de l’énergie.
- Certification BCxP, CBCP ou RCx.
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, électrique, efficacité énergétique ou discipline connexe.
- Participer aux tests et essais de mise en service, identifier les déficiences et assurer un suivi rigoureux.
