We are seeking a Data Analyst Lead for our Bradford office, offering a permanent hybrid role that requires at least two days a week on site. This position leads the strategy for reporting, analytics, and data insights within People Services of our HR & Payroll Shared Service Centre, driving service performance and supporting commercial growth.
In this hands‑on role you will define, deliver, and continuously improve reporting strategies, acting as the vital link between business requirements, operational teams, and performance data. You will champion automation initiatives to enable self‑service reporting, streamline analysis, and increase productivity through workflow optimisation and simple automation.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and turning insights into actionable recommendations, with a track record of enhancing reporting workflows through light automation. Familiarity with HR/Payroll shared services data, programming tools such as Python or SQL, low‑code workflow platforms, and HRIS systems is desirable, as are Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Design Thinking certifications.
