Description

• Work with a truly global network of shipowners, charterers, financiers, and buyers, increasing deal flow and exposure to larger, more complex transactions.
• Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams and leverage global resources to maximize deal opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across over 15 offices worldwide, providing international market insight and learning opportunities.
• Access industry-leading technology tools and a comprehensive client research service to support deal origination and execution.
• Originate, negotiate, and close complex S&P transactions across tankers, dry bulk, containers, and other vessel sectors.

Requirements

Note: Candidates requiring UK work permit support cannot be considered.

• Strong commercial understanding of shipping markets (dry bulk, tanker, container experience preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative, team-based culture that encourages initiative, professional growth, and open communication.
• Proven experience in S&P shipbroking with a demonstrable track record of deal origination and closure.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
