- Stay updated with Workday releases and updates, assessing their impact on the system and communicating changes to stakeholders.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements and systems enhancements to optimize HR technology delivery.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and system configurations.
