The position is responsible for managing and supervising all engineering and administrative policies, procedures and functions at the project level, and coordinating with field operations to ensure information is properly transferred, understood, and implemented. It reports to the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Project Executive.
Division: SPO. Project location is Lebanon, Indiana (46052 USA). The role requires 80–90% travel and is a regular, experienced, salaried exempt position within the construction family.
Qualified candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Required knowledge includes accounting principles, cost control, estimating, construction costs, scheduling, purchasing, engineering principles, building systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Turner’s project management software and BIM/Lean technologies is desirable. Strong oral and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential.
The role demands physical ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work in construction areas, with vision requirements such as close and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
