- Program and prepare tooling files for various materials and applications.
- Set up machine parameters, tooling, and materials for optimal cutting performance.
- Work with a variety of substrates, including ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PVC, Wood, and Aluminum.
- Operate and maintain CNC routers to produce parts and components for signage and display projects.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and routing instructions.
- Manage national accounts for Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct regular machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members, designers, and project leads to ensure product accuracy and deadlines are met.
- Perform precision cutting, drilling, engraving, and finishing processes to meet production standards.
- Utilize VCarve software for routing file creation and optimization.

- Basic computer skills to complete ERP entries and upload images.
- Understand and operate drag knife functions for cutting flexible materials.
- Able to read and follow production orders, drawings, or templates.
- Familiarity with Easel software for toolpath creation and design integration is a plus.
- Prior experience in a sign shop or similar production environment preferred.
- Comfortable operating a CNC machine.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Operate CNC systems with Opti-Scout vision or cutting software (experience preferred).
