The Equipment Records Specialist role is an on‑site position in Port Arthur, TX, requiring detail orientation, task prioritization, multitasking, and equipment research assistance. The specialist will handle document management, research files, respond to client requests, generate activity reports, and support project managers with administrative tasks.
Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent (advanced coursework preferred) and at least three years of relevant industrial experience in document control or administration. Required knowledge includes reading P&IDs, petrochemical/refining equipment, engineering document control standards, construction plans, large‑scale scanner/plotter operation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Adobe tools.
