The Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) unit provides Data Center Infrastructure capacity, focusing on smart growth, high quality delivery and cost reduction. The EMEA Offsite Water and Wastewater Program Manager will lead the program delivery of off‑site water and wastewater infrastructure, supporting critical construction schedules for data centre projects.
Operating within the Infrastructure Planning and Acquisition Team, the role involves coordinating land acquisition, build‑to‑suit, lease development and incentive programmes. The manager will work closely with development, acquisition, engineering, utility, fiber and construction teams, as well as external partners, to ensure end‑to‑end delivery of water and wastewater services for data centre sites.
Candidates should have a background in water/wastewater treatment, mechanical or civil engineering or construction project management, combined with strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of experience delivering complex projects, negotiating contracts and engaging with municipalities and utilities are required. Fluency in business English and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment are essential.
