The Lead Administrator will support all ATS inspection facilities nationwide, overseeing training of administrative staff, onboarding new hires, and developing current team members’ skills. The role will lead collaborative sessions to ensure consistency and best practices, while providing hands‑on support during periods of increased workload or extended absences. Although ideally located at the corporate facility in Marietta, GA, placement at other inspection field offices may be considered based on experience and qualifications.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment and promptly report hazards.
- Champion and uphold ATS core values in all interactions.
- Manage ATS systems such as LIMS, Traverse, Kinetic, and IP Track software.
- Communicate effectively with customers and vendors; set up accounts and request COIs.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, files, and archives for compliance and accessibility.
- Provide supporting documentation for invoicing and collaborate on financial processes.
- Process credit card charges, weekly payroll, and expenses; partner with accounts payable/receivable.
- Coordinate documentation across ATS facilities and assist managers on projects.
- Support administrative staff and employees with HR inquiries while overseeing payroll operations.
- Organize travel logistics for large projects and coordinate planning for group functions.
- Audit invoices for contract compliance; resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and work order requests.
- Manage incoming calls and follow‑up communications with clear, timely responses.
- Develop a strong understanding of company services to assist current and prospective customers.

- Five or more years of administrative experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Prior knowledge of ATS platforms (LIMS, Traverse, Kinetic) preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and database management; excellent typing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Team‑oriented yet capable of independent work to achieve goals.
- Ability to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Pass a drug screen and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations.
