The Abatement Manager will oversee hazardous‑material abatement projects—including asbestos, lead, and mold—ensuring work is completed safely, compliantly, and to high quality standards. The role leads field teams, manages project timelines and documentation, and serves as the primary point of contact for clients and insurance stakeholders.
- Lead abatement projects on time, on budget, with quality workmanship
- Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, and staffing
- Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations
- Implement safety procedures and conduct audits
- Serve as primary contact for clients and insurance stakeholders
- Inspect work for quality and compliance; drive corrective actions
- Maintain complete project documentation and reporting
- Train and mentor abatement staff
- Participate in on‑call schedule as needed

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
