Overview
12 Acquisitions
Expansion Through Mergers
Azuria has completed 12 acquisitions since going private in 2021 to broaden its reach in water-pipeline technology.
The company was born from Insituform in 1971 and rebranded to Azuria Water Solutions in April 2024, sharpening its focus on advanced water-pipeline technology.
After going private under New Mountain Capital in 2021, the company has pursued aggressive growth.
It delivers high-tech trenchless rehabilitation, cured-in-place liners, and pipeline maintenance for water, stormwater, and wastewater systems.
Its projects typically span potable water main renewal, sewer rehabilitation, and wet well/manhole remediation across North America.
Notable acquisitions include regional specialists like Performance Pipeline Technologies (CA), NAPM (Carolinas/Georgia), TSW (Indiana), AM-Liner East, and C.K. Masonry.
Core strengths lie in technology-driven solutions for aging infrastructure, combining design, installation, inspection, and remediation services.
Azuria operates globally through brands like Insituform, Corrpro, Underground Solutions, MTC, and others.
It pioneers pipe rehabilitation without digging by curing liners inside existing pipes, saving time, money, and reducing disruption.
