- Work closely with IT to manage development backlogs and integrate feedback across multiple stakeholders.
- Serve as the Lead Key User for the SAP solution in BA Wind (service execution & supply chain).
- Document lessons learned and refine existing workflows to align with organizational standards.
- Advise project teams on maintenance systems setup, spearheading business assessments and initiating change requests when needed.
- Own system solutions for the maintenance systems of wind (PM/MM)
- Coordinate readiness reviews, cutover plans, and go-live support, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
- Collaborate with the Business Demand Manager to develop and prioritize the portfolio of improvements in Wind Maintenance Systems.
- Engage with IT, Integrated Operations, Finance, Engineering, and site teams to gather requirements and address challenges.
- Set up project teams, define plans, conduct stakeholder/risk analyses, and manage projects within Maintenance Systems.
- Drive detailed sprint planning, ensuring an iterative approach to enhancements in SAP functionality.
- Identify potential issues, propose solutions, and recommend process changes based on project analyses.

- High proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., Danish, German) are a plus.

- Expert user of SAP PM/MM modules, capable of guiding implementation and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering or a scientific discipline).
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to build trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Agile-minded, skilled in sprint management and iterative solution development.
- Demonstrated success driving complex projects and managing stakeholder expectations in an international setting.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with proven know-how in wind O&M daily operations.
