Assist with the preparation of customer quotations, warranty claims, invoice prep and overall work order administration
Customer Support: Train new customers on how to use the online platform
Manage work orders including their opening, closing and maintaining to insure accurate and timely invoicing (includes adding labor, parts, sublets, lubricants, shop supplies, core credits, etc.)
Communicate with customers and triage customer requests including status of machines and service work and/or issues that require special attention or escalation

Regular follow-up with technicians as to job status and with customers to provide job completion updates
Report writing
Liaise with Parts & warranty department regarding requirements for specific jobs, ordering, shipping, etc.
Customer Support: Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise with the e-commerce platform.
Platform Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing updates, and promotional changes.
Assist the Field Service Manager with the daily planning of techs work assignments by maintaining the master field schedule, including but not limited to modifications
