Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Oracle databases (11g–19c) in development, test, and production environments.
Maintain documentation, standards, and provide mentorship to junior DBAs.
Ensure database security through TDE encryption, auditing, and compliance with GDPR/HIPAA.
