Tasks

-Leadership & Support – Provides coaching and fosters collaboration. -Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies -Facilitate workshops to identify systemic improvements -Monitor compliance metrics and system performance -Analyze trends in non-conformance and CAPA effectiveness -Lead QMS implementation across business units -Standardise processes across operations -Design and manage internal audit programs -Coordinate external audits and certifications -Drive governance and change management processes -Act as a subject matter expert for quality systems -Provide actionable insights to leadership -Manage document control and QMS software platforms -Provide training and support on QMS tools and compliance -Collaborate with IT, operations, and HSEQ teams -Develop dashboards and reports for quality KPIs -Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards

What You Bring

-Quality Systems Expertise – Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS implementation. -Stakeholder Engagement – Effective communicator and trainer across teams. -Willingness to travel to workshops and field sites -Proven experience with ISO 9001 and audit processes -Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality assurance -Strong communication and collaboration skills -Data-Driven Decision Making – Ability to analyze quality metrics and generate actionable insights. -Background in oil & gas or resource sectors (highly desirable) -Technical Proficiency – Competent in MS Office and QMS software tools. -Continuous Improvement – Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and process standardisation. -Flexibility – Willing to travel to workshops and field sites as needed. -Skilled in Lean Six Sigma and business improvement tools -Tertiary qualifications in quality, engineering, or a related field -Audit & Compliance – Skilled in internal/external audits and compliance tracking.
