Bachelor’s degree in accredited Architecture program
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities on multiple projects at various stages of work, consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements and ensure that design meets aesthetic standards and construction projects meet building regulation compliance. Tasks include broad oversight of the complete Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications. Proficient in contract administration, fee negotiation, monitoring of budgets and billings; preparation of Additional Service Requests.
Proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Architectural Project Manager with residential single family homes architectural experience. Must be able to represent the company with clients and consultants with a wide range of technical knowledge related to architecture, building and construction.
Registered Architect may be preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect;
Demonstrated experience with client interaction and ability to lead and mentor a team
Residential real estate Single family experience must
AutoCAD and Revit experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
