The Analyst – Abstractions role offers a high level of independence, allowing you to enhance your skills while delivering consistent, qualitative lease administration abstraction services for JLL clients. You will liaise with internal parties to obtain lease documentation, work closely with colleagues across Lease Administration teams, and ensure workloads are completed accurately and on time.
Key duties include abstracting critical information from leases and contracts into various lease database systems, verifying system reports for accuracy, performing lease document matching, and recording data in master document control logs. You will also resolve document‑related queries, review landlord invoices for lease compliance, and prepare area, cost‑schedule, and variance reports while adhering to internal and external compliance policies.
As you gain expertise, you will document business processes, train and mentor new team members, audit their work, and consistently demonstrate teamwork and JLL values. This role requires you to be highly accountable, work with minimal supervision, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
We are seeking university graduates with 1–3 years of lease abstraction experience in commercial real estate and familiarity with property management or lease administration systems. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, project management, verbal and written communication, organization, data accuracy, adaptability, attention to detail, and ethical conduct are essential. An interest in reading, innovative thinking, self‑motivation, and teamwork are also valued.
