Project Cost Consultant (Nordics)

Description

• Support on the monthly cost reporting process
• The role covers assisting on both pre-contract and post contract activities as follows:
• Supporting the procurement of the following packages:
• Principally assisting the Commercial Lead, MEP cost lead and CSA cost lead
• Post Contract support on the above packages:
• Supporting the estimating process on 2 separate cost plans

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant quantity surveying software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Travel to site essential
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
