Schedule and track preventative and reactive maintenance activities across all campus buildings.
Track and manage space occupancy, identifying underutilized or overutilized areas to improve efficiency.
Energy Management: Monitor and optimize energy usage, implementing strategies for cost-effective energy conservation.
Lease & Real Estate Management: Support real estate transactions and lease agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Technical Support: Provide training and support for facility managers and staff on GoAssetWorks functionalities.
Plan and optimize space utilization, including floor plans, move management, and room reservations.
