- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, bank relationships, lease management, and risk management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a department including direct supervision
- An accredited bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience conducting mergers and acquisitions including evaluating potential targets, conducting thorough due diligence, negotiating transaction terms, and ensuring the financial health of the company remains stable throughout the process
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems. Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience including large firms of at least $150 million in revenue. Professional service firm experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, “GAAP” and the corporate tax environment.
