In this role, you will coordinate field service technicians' schedules, manage customer inquiries, and handle daily administrative tasks to uphold a superior customer experience. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Team and Service Manager, dispatch technicians using GPS technology, conduct daily audits of service reports, and act as a dedicated customer advocate by capturing and reporting feedback.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain proactive communication with internal and external customers
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through timely communication
- Coordinate service efforts with the Customer Experience Team and Service Manager, dispatching technicians using skills, request type, and GPS location
- Respond promptly to service calls and emails with a customer‑centric approach
- Perform daily audits of service reports for accuracy and completeness
- Serve as a customer advocate, capture feedback, and report to CARE and Leadership teams
- Contribute insights to weekly manpower meetings on work progress and customer relations
- Follow the service coordinator training program and support special projects as assigned
