What you would be doing

- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- You will be responsible for the requirements of the models and that the models are used for the intended purpose.
- You will perform Model coordination with Electrical and Mechanical department, perform Model coordination between Civil & MEP.
- You will be responsible to model HVAC/Plumbing/Water supply/Fire System/Key interlock and Security sys.
- You will review the inputs provided by the Engineer and translate them to the required models.
- You will analyse customer specification to ensure Hitachi - Power Grids solution to meets the requirements.
- You will coordinate with Project/Tender Team for timelines, budget, risks & opportunities pertaining to BIM aspects.

- Knowledge of Civil/Structure/Architecture Modelling will be an advantage.
- Need to have a good knowledge of the Rivet modelling, coordinating through Navis work tool.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of any other 3D modelling software including Tekla steel detailing software would be added advantage.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or Diploma.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft office Word and Excel.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in MEP Modelling.
