Builds strong relationships onsite and represents Delta with professionalism
Maintain professional communication and help build trust with GC teams and customer stakeholders.
Make day-to-day decisions in the field to keep work moving; escalate larger changes or risks to the PM.
Coordinate with the PM on any tool, equipment, or resource needs for the crew.
Ensure all crew members follow site safety requirements and Delta safety standards.
About 90% of work will be inside the data center; outdoor work is required during equipment deliveries.
Prioritizes safety and quality on every project.
Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for CDU, IRHX, and 3PPS systems.
Assist in developing site documentation processes as the department matures.
Collaborate daily with Delta PMs, SMEs, and the Program Manager.
Ensure all JHAs, PTPs, and other safety documentation are completed accurately.
Takes ownership and keeps work moving without waiting for direction.
Work directly with customers during issues or escalations alongside the PM.
Manage jobsite inventory, consumables, and specialty commissioning tools.
Provide daily updates to the Project Manager on progress, issues, and customer schedule alignment.
Lead daily safety briefings and enforce PPE requirements.
Support Delta-specific training for crew members so they understand the equipment and processes.
Attend onsite coordination meetings and represent Delta professionally.
Resolve onsite crew conflicts and coordinate subcontractor interface when needed.
Oversee daily work of the onsite crew and keep operations running smoothly.

Communicates clearly—up, down, and across teams.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Teams.
Comfortable in a start-up style environment where processes evolve.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive rental or company vehicles.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Proven ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate well, and lead crews effectively.
OSHA 10 certification.
5–7 years of field experience in commissioning, mechanical/electrical installation, or a foreman-level role.
Benefits
