The role is split between sales and business development (60‑70%) and recruiting/talent sourcing (30‑40%). Interns conduct outbound prospecting, support account executives with market research, make sales calls, prepare proposals, and shadow professionals to understand the full sales cycle. They also source and screen candidates, conduct resume reviews and phone screens, and assist recruiters with interview coordination and job posting.
Program engagement includes daily and weekly learning sessions on sales tactics and recruiting best practices, a capstone project presented at the end of the internship, and collaborative group challenges and business simulations to develop professional skills.
Applicants must be rising seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in a sales‑related field, and have strong verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Prior customer service, campus leadership, or sales experience is a plus, and candidates should be competitive, motivated, and comfortable working toward activity goals.
The internship is onsite; telecommuting is not available.
