The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all of Haskell’s delivery groups across the United States, providing field management personnel from craft workers to Project Superintendents. It also delivers logistical support such as establishing per‑diem rates, supplying company trucks, and coordinating arrivals for team members. Continuous training—from entry‑level courses to apprenticeship programs—helps employees advance through the ranks.
Joining the team lets you build essential structures while collaborating to overcome job‑site obstacles. Strong networks form because every member’s contribution is critical to project success. The internship focuses on construction management, offering training in company tools, standards, policies, and procedures, ideal for construction or engineering students.
Students studying architecture, engineering, or construction management are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess knowledge of construction methods, equipment, technology and safety, along with strong organizational, communication, analytical and collaboration skills.
