What you would be doing

Provide regular reports, to the Group Technical Director on the progress of group projects, and to highlight any issues as they arise.
Responsible for the delivery of all information, drawings, required to ensure full compliance with the Crest standard design requirements and site-specific projects along with maintenance in accordance with current industry standards. (This will be under the guidance of the Group Technical Director).
Producing in collaboration with the technical manager site specific layout drawings.
Responsible for mentoring and assisting members of staff as directed by the Group Technical Director.
Ensuring the third Party production information from manufactures, and external are adapted to suite standard and site-specific projects.

Good knowledge of Building Regs, BS, Codes of Practice and Material performance.
Basic knowledge of CDM legislation, inclusive of understanding and completion of design risk assessments, awareness of workplace safety and understanding of ‘designers’ responsibility.
Excellent organisational skills.
Educated to OND, ONC, HND, HNC or degree in Architectural technology desirable.
Must be prepared to keep up to date with industry CPD.
Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD operating systems along with associated software.
Ability to multi task, identify key priorities and proactively deal with issues.
Self motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision but also be able to work well as part of a team with enthusiasm and energy.
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
