- Analyze market trends through research, customer feedback, and market input to enhance iTwin Platform APIs, improve developer experience, and reduce entry barriers.
- Manage product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a section of the iTwin Platform, supporting first-party platform adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch secure, scalable APIs.
- Facilitate alignment among diverse inputs to converge on decisions that benefit the broader community.
- Coordinate with first- and third-party customers to create opportunities that expand the ecosystem and business.
- Coordinate product strategy, integrations, development, and business relationships at the intersection of technology, people, and business.

- Exceptional decision-making and project management abilities.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- 8+ years of product management experience in technical software projects within developer platforms or infrastructure software.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executive leadership and engineers.
- Sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer.
- Experience with cloud APIs for developers and prior experience as a software developer is a plus.
- Occasional travel and time zone management required as part of a global team.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing user data, business intelligence, and usage analytics to generate insights for product improvement.
- Ability to integrate product strategy, customer input, and market feedback into a detailed, executable plan.
- A technical education, such as a degree in computer science, or equivalent proven work experience.
