Reporting to the Manager, Web & Mobile, the analyst is accountable for delivering optimal results across operational performance metrics such as incident response, change request estimations, customer satisfaction, system availability and process improvements. They monitor application performance, track hardware and OS resource trends, and ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, maintenance and change management.
Providing excellent customer service is a core expectation; the analyst must communicate openly, resolve issues efficiently within expected timeframes, and adhere to departmental policies and processes for consistent support. Responsibilities also include scheduling and performing production deployments and offering on‑call support for all web applications.
Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or a diploma in Computer Engineering, Systems Technology or Management Information Systems, and have 4–6 years of experience in web operations or development. A broad understanding of IT concepts, Agile/SCRUM experience, and proficiency with web technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Angular, ReactJS, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap and JavaScript are required.
Additional qualifications include experience working with technical and non‑technical users, familiarity with networking basics like load balancers and firewalls, and a proven ability to design, develop, unit‑test and troubleshoot web solutions across multiple tech stacks. Strong interpersonal, critical‑thinking and customer‑service skills, a solid work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning are essential for success.
The position is classified as IT2 (or developmental IT1) with a starting wage of $56.15 per hour (or $51.42 per hour for the developmental level), and a bi‑weekly schedule of 75 hours.
