The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator will join a collaborative, global HR team supporting Waga Energy’s U.S. subsidiary. The role works closely with HR staff in France, Canada, and the United States, providing payroll, benefits, and general HR administration for the U.S. operations.
The position involves processing payroll, managing benefit programs, maintaining employee records, and supporting HRIS data integrity, while also contributing to special projects and corporate‑level HR initiatives.
Ideal candidates are self‑motivated HR professionals with 3–5 years of payroll, benefits, and HR administration experience, preferably in a multi‑state environment, and hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field. Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws, HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now a plus), and ACA reporting is valued.
