Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and BOQs to ensure comprehensive and accurate pricing.
Maintain an updated cost database and market pricing intelligence specific to the UAE construction sector.
Evaluate contractor and subcontractor bids, negotiate pricing and recommend award strategies.
Conduct material take-offs, quantity analysis and benchmark comparisons for cost validation.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and mixed-use high-rise projects, covering all trades and construction disciplines.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation across our high-rise and luxury development portfolio, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and alignment with our ambitious project delivery targets.
Proven ability to lead tender pricing, bid analysis and cost planning in fast-paced environments.
Excellent analytical, commercial and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with estimation software and tools (e.g., Candy, CostX or similar).
Strong technical understanding of civil, architectural, MEP and specialist works.
Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, supplier ecosystems and subcontractor networks.
10–12+ years of experience in construction estimation, ideally within high-rise or large-scale mixed-use developments.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
