Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
Experience collaborating with vendors for concept development and feasibility analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in NPD of small/medium-sized hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
