Technology‑enabled home remodeling: bath, window & door upgrades in a day.
You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals. West Shore Home’s mission fuels a culture that has earned Top Workplaces USA awards for four consecutive years (2022‑2025) and recognition for Leadership, Purpose & Values, Innovation, and Compensation & Benefits.
A typical day starts at 6:30 AM at our warehouse where you gather materials and load the truck, then drive to the customer’s home to greet them and establish rapport. You will perform controlled demolition, install the new bathtub or shower, meticulously clean the work area, and collect signed paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse.
Our culture expects aggressive goal-setting and extreme ownership, and we provide the training and tools for success. We look for candidates with carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction experience—or a strong willingness to learn—basic knowledge of hand and power tools, attention to detail, the ability to read a tape measure, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone for two-factor authentication.
The role is non-exempt with standard Monday‑Friday hours beginning at 6:30 AM, though end times may vary. It is based in Chattanooga, TN and is an entry-level, associate-level position.
If you want to grow with a company that values your craftsmanship, skill, and experience, join a team that works as hard for you as you do for our customers. As an Installer on our Chattanooga team, you will help bring Happiness to Every Home® by delivering five-star shower and bath remodel experiences.
We offer full-time, year-round W-2 employment with a generous benefits package that includes insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Employees enjoy unlimited overtime that can double regular wages, access to NCCER-accredited training, company-provided tools and equipment, and a vehicle with gas and drive time covered.
West Shore Home provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of protected characteristics and conducts pre-employment background and drug screenings. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities throughout the hiring process.
