Investor Relations Associate

• Support fundraising documentation and investor communications as needed
• Coordinate investor payouts and track execution with the accounts team
• Build structured templates and processes for investor reporting and compliance
• Maintain investor MIS, database, and records of shareholding / agreements
• Draft and send periodic investor updates and reports
• Handle investor queries professionally and promptly
• Assist with MCA/RBI filings (FC-GPR, ROC forms, etc.) alongside our CA/CS partners

We are looking for an Investor Relations & Compliance Associate to work directly with the Founder and play a key role in keeping our investor processes sharp, timely, and structured. This role is ideal for someone with a background in compliance or finance support (CA/CS firms, accounting firms, etc.) who also has strong communication skills.

• Exposure to investor relations and compliance in a rapidly scaling EV startup
• Semi-qualified CA/CS or 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS firm or finance/compliance support role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional email drafting is a must)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven (super important!)
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools
• Comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA preferred)
